At Redhawk we put a lot of love and care into our coffees from plant to cup. We work hard to curate an offerings list that we believe is exciting, vibrant and comprehensive. We small batch roast on a 15 kilo Gieson from the Netherlands. We want our coffees to be easy to work with and have a large sweet spot while not compromising the acidity.
